My name is Jordan Powers and I am an architectural photographer and filmmaker currently living in the Asheville area, but I travel all over the country doing this work. PRICING

Just like your line of work, there are many variables when it comes to pricing. If you are someone who wants to partner together on all of your projects, we can work out a custom rate just for you.

Generally speaking, to photograph a project it will run somewhere between $1000-$4000 (or more) depending on the project needs. I shoot as much as I can during the allotted time and you get to select the images you want to license. I am a big proponent of cost-sharing projects with builders/architects, etc. so that everyone benefits.

I also have a fairly loose licensing policy. When it all boils down to it, I want you to have the freedom to promote your business however you see fit, but I also want to be compensated by anyone who is using the photographs to market their business. I am happy to discuss this in detail.

Video can run anywhere from $800-$6000+ depending on the project needs.

While my rates are on the higher-end, I would consider myself very flexible and understanding when it comes to the photography budgets for interior designers so please setup a call with me to discuss this in detail.
