31 Laurens is a multifamily residential development designed by LS3P, located steps from the Charleston Maritime Center on the city's historic peninsula. The architecture pulls from Charleston's vernacular with brick facades, full-height white columns, wrought iron balconies, and raised entries flanked by paired stairs, while the interiors lean into a more contemporary, hospitality-influenced palette of patterned marble floors, coffered ceilings, and curated art. I photographed the project across exterior, lobby, amenity, and pool deck, working in clear morning and afternoon light to document how the buildings sit within the streetscape and how the interior spaces frame everyday residential moments.
