Amber and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon and one of the places we went was Ensenada, Mexico. Why a cruise would take people there??? I’m not sure. It was filthy, sad, and intimidating. However I enjoyed the experience. I was able to see what the term less fortunate really meant. These kids couldn’t have been more than 7 years old. They were out all day long trying to sell tourists there beads and candy. They were everywhere. I almost wonder if it was a community or some kind of ring like in Slumdog Millionaire. Anyway, they weren’t just regular kids. These kids were tough. They could probably beat the crap out of me if they wanted to. You could tell their lives were hard. The one to the left was the hardest as you can somewhat tell from this photo. I remember her looking very suspiciously at me. They were just following us and grabbing onto our wrists until we bought something. Finally, I offered them each $1 if I could take their photo. After I snapped the photo, they turned back into kids and were amazed to see their faces on the back of my LCD.
